"Communion Cake"

(the story behind the cake)

This was a special cake to make.  The person who wanted me to make the cake sent me a picture of the cake she liked.  I don't like to copy cakes that have been decorated by other people, for that reason I will always try to do something special to make it look better than the picture.  You be the judges!

1. Vanilla Cake (two layers)

2. Cream cheese filling with fresh strawberries

3. For icing the cake, I used Butter-cream Icing

4. Applying the fondant

5. Cake boards are ready
